3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Accountability partners: Your name, reading progress, and goals are shared with your matched partner as part of the Service.
• Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, bound by confidentiality agreements: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Apple (in-app purchases and app distribution), Fly.io (server hosting), Vercel (website hosting).
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

4. Tracking Disclosure

TheIvyReader does not sell, share, or use your personal data for cross-app advertising or tracking purposes. We do not use the Apple IDFA or any third-party ad tracking SDKs.

5. Subscription Terms

TheIvyReader offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings (App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
